KP 1.920From measurements to project outputs
From Survey Data to Practical Decisions.
To plan a jetty, assess river access or monitor a coastline, your team needs water depths, ground levels and water-level measurements that can be compared.
We relate the survey data to the project’s agreed reference systems and deliver the maps, profiles or models needed for the next stage, with documented quality checks.
A shared referencePositions and heights in the project’s reference systems
Complementary measurementsBathymetry, coastal topography and water levels
Outputs for your projectMaps, profiles or models for access, works and monitoring

Pipelines & Marine Infrastructure
Route, pre-lay, as-laid and as-built surveys for pipeline works and landfalls, with onboard positioning, spread telemetry and tug management systems (TMS).
Site and route surveys, geophysical data for UXO assessment, and survey support for cable installation, burial, repair and landfalls, through to as-built records.
Baseline surveys and repeat monitoring in consistent reference systems for coastal and port programmes. Potential applications include the survey requirements of coastal-resilience programmes such as WACA, supported by the World Bank.
WGS supplies survey data for coastal studies and monitoring. The animation illustrates a coastal-engineering scenario to be assessed by the project’s engineering team.
A defined nearshore survey package, specialist processing or support to set up a survey team. We agree the interfaces and deliver to your project specification.
KP 3.415One delivery chain. Or the exact stage you need.
Start with the scope. We build the response.
Engage WGS for a defined task or across the survey chain, from the first brief to usable data.
Stage 1 of 5
We start from your question.
Before any method is chosen, we make sure everyone agrees on what the data must answer.Discuss this stage

Where & whenSite, access, season and programme.
Expected resultWhat you receive, and to what accuracy.
Intended useDesign, dredging, permits, monitoring or a decision.
Stage 2 of 5
A method you can approve before anyone mobilises.
The method, resources, assumptions and budget are agreed before mobilisation.Discuss this stage

KP 5.800Local partnerships
Local Partnerships. Long-Term Survey Support.
For clients who need regular survey services, we are open to setting up a local survey company together with a local partner. We start from the project needs and build the team, equipment and technical support around them.
The aim is to recruit and train local people, deliver reliable survey services and build a lasting presence, supported by the WGS technical network. From a first assignment to a dedicated local team, we can explore the right approach together.
Send us the problem, the site or the first brief. We will help define a practical way
forward around the programme, constraints, local context and decision required.
